After completing medical school at the Oregon Health Sciences 
University, I completed my Residency in Psychiatry at Boston University
Medical Center.
I have over 20 years of experience treating stress-related illnesses,
and working with individuals and organizations to embrace tools that 
empower personal growth.

Currently, I am the Medical Director of Behavioral Health for a
large metropolitan hospital in Portland Oregon, and lecture widely on 
the role of stress in illness and health, and the many ways patients can 
be proactive in living a healthy, authentic and satisfying life.

encourages people to embrace and practice well-known stress
